Nomination / Filing of Candidacy for 2024 Election is from February 21 - 29, 2024.

1. Download Nomination/Candidacy Form.

2. Duly accomplish the downloaded form.

3. Submit the form through email to thomec_coop@yahoo.com with 

Subject: Election Nomination/Application - Committee - Name of Nominee/Applicant 

e.g. nomination:

Election Nomination - Board of Directors- Juan dela Cruz

e.g. application:

Election Appliaction - Board of Directors - John Doe

Failure to comply with the subject might result to non-consideration.

4. The Election Committee shall send an acknowledgement email to sender of application.
